We are currently conducting a research study of an investigational medicine for Opioid-induced Constipation (OIC).

If You are 18 years of age or older with OIC, experiencing chronic pain, and recieving opioid therapy for 3 months or more, you may qualify for a research study evaluating the effectiveness of a medication to treat OIC.

If you qualify, during your participation in the study, you may recieve at no cost:

• Study related medication or placebo
• Study related physicial examinations and ECGs
• Study related laboratory tests
